Our wood workshop is a fully equipped space for woodwork, for community use.
The garage was converted and equipped in 2014/2015 using lottery funding obtained from People’s Millions, following a successful voting campaign.
As part of the project, a series of woodcarving sessions were held in the shed, and some local residents tried their hand at woodturning.
Today, a volunteer carpenter is present in the Woodwork Shed willing and able to help and guide anyone who wishes to create or mend an article made of wood.
