This is our second largest room which can be hired together with access to the adjacent Art Room with a small kitchen and toilets if these facilities are also required.

Facilities:
- The space offered by the Eric Richards Hall is a useful for training sessions, workshops and project meetings.
- The hall opens out onto the front garden.
- Should additional facilities be required, it can be hired alongside the Art Room which also has access to a small kitchen.
Accessibility: This room does not have step free access.
Versatile Uses
This hall is used for a variety of activities, and regular hirers include Spin Classes, Lewisham Philatelic Society, Greco Roman Wrestling, Tess Tutorials as well as various faith groups.
For two days a week, the Erich Richards Hall becomes the home of our own volunteer-led Busy Bees Stay & Play sessions, during which the children have access to the garden.
The room is also regularly being used for children’s birthday parties.
