Grove Park Community Group (GPCG) Registered Charity
GPCG is a registered charity (Charity number: 1046082) whose mission and organisational objectives are set out in our Constitution.
Our board of trustees oversee the governance of the charity, alongside an elected general committee.
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
An Annual General Meeting is held annually to elect a new committee and/or appoint new officers (Board of Trustees).

Our last AGM was held on Saturday 1st March 2025.
2026 AGM
Our next AGM is due in March 2025.

Becoming a General Committee Member
If you would like to join the general committee, Please note the following criteria:
1. You are required to live in the Grove Park Ward.
2. Be over 18 to vote.
3. Be committeed to the constitution and the charity mission.
4. Local voluntary organisations are invited to nominate a committee member or volunteer, who lives in the Grove Park Ward to sit on the GPCG Committee.

Becoming an Officer on Board of Trustees
Those serving a minimum of one year on the committee can stand to be elected as a Trustee for the charity. The positions include a Chair and Vice Chair (optional), Secretary and Treasurer.
