CONDITION OF HIRE. Please note these may be subject to check. Always check with the centre manager when making your booking.
Children’s Parties and Other Special Events
- All hires must complete a Contact Information & Booking Form
- A deposit of £100 cash must be paid at the time of booking. The hire fee must be paid before the date of the party/event.
- Security and stewardship are the responsibility of the hiring individual.
- Access to the hall is as per the booking times only. If a hiring individual does not vacate the hall within the booking time, we reserve the right to charge for the additional time.
- The hiring individual must ensure that the maximum capacity of 50 people for the Main Hall is not exceeded.
- NO alcohol may be consumed on the premisses.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in either of the buildings or grounds.
- Nothing is to be stuck on the walls unless by blue tack. The picture Rail can be used.
- Naked Flames are not allowed in either of the buildings other than birthday cake candles.
- Children must be supervised at all times; this includes the garden and woodland area.
- The hire must ensure noise is kept to a minimum and does not disturb other users and our neighbours.
- The premises and grounds must be left clean and clear of rubbish at the end of the hiring period. Chairs and table must be stacked & folded away.
- The hiring individual is responsible for any damage caused to the Ringway Centre including the garden and woodlands.
- Our Public Liability Insurance does not cover the use of bouncy castles, trampolines or similar play equipment. Any such activity is undertaken at the hiring individual’s risk.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation.
