What is the Programme?
The South Lewisham Business Support Programme offers free practical guidance to help established local businesses build confidence, strengthen operations, and achieve sustainable growth2.The initiative is delivered by Dynamic Client Solutions (DCS Training) and Bigoh Coaching
The programme runs from November 3rd, 2025, to March 31st, 2026, and aims to support up to 30 established local businesses in the identified wards4.
What Support is Included?
Participants will gain the tools they need to adapt, connect, and thrive through a range of targeted support
- 1-to-1 Business Coaching and Mentoring on leadership, growth planning, and financial resilience.
- Interactive Workshops on leadership, digital skills, growth planning, digital adoption, compliance, customer engagement, and service development.
- Networking and Collaboration Opportunities.
- Guidance on Funding, Finance, and Procurement Readiness.
- Innovation Labs to design, test, and launch new products or services.
- Online Clinics for practical problem-solving and progress tracking.
Are You Eligible?
To benefit from this programme, your business must meet the following criteria:
- Registered and operating within Bellingham, Grove Park, or Downham.
- Trading for at least 12 months.
- Annual income of £5,000 or more.
