At the meeting we will be electing new Trustees and General Committee Members along with proposing some changes to our Constitution.

In order to vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) you will need to be over 18 and a resident in the Grove Park area.

1pm: Refreshments and Activities
2-3pm: Annual General Meeting
3pm: Tea, cake and chat.
