Grove Park Welcomes Newly Elected Councillors

Written by

Following the local elections held on 7 May 2026, everyone at the Grove Park Community Group would like to congratulate our newly elected ward councillors:

  • Suzannah Clarke
  • Samantha Gower
  • Hilary Moore

We wish them every success as they begin serving the people of Grove Park over the coming years.

At GPCG, we have always believed that strong communities are built through collaboration. Since the organisation was founded in 1972, bringing together residents, local organisations and councillors has been central to our work, helping ensure that the voices of local people are heard and that Grove Park continues to thrive.

We look forward to working positively with our new councillors on the issues that matter most to local residents, from supporting community facilities and protecting green spaces to encouraging opportunities that improve life for everyone who lives, works and studies in Grove Park.

As volunteers, we know that lasting change is achieved when residents, community organisations and elected representatives work together. We hope this new council term will continue that tradition and strengthen the partnerships that make our neighbourhood such a special place.
